Mary founded DPM in 2015 after identifying a clear gap in the market for executive residential property management. Mary has 20+ years’ experience in Business Administration and Residential Property Investment in Dunedin. Mary has a thorough understanding of the local rental market and has built up a wealth of key contacts within the Industry. Mary is passionate about ensuring owners maximise their investment properties potential by focusing on sound and sustainable management practices.
Monica joined DPM from Bayleys, where she worked as an Administrator to the Commercial Property Team. Prior to Bayleys, Monica worked at Armstrong Prestige as Office Manager where she was involved in managing brand standards and client expectations. Both roles have provided her with the skills required to manage a residential portfolio, which requires extensive multi-tasking, IT management, and critical thinking.
Rory has been a sounding board at DPM since the beginning, providing financial assurance over the trust accounting process, client monies and rental allocations. Rory has a strong focus on compliance and governance, having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at BDO in Auckland. Rory has recently returned to New Zealand from London where he worked as a Senior Fund Accountant for one of the worlds' largest private equity firms.
Mary has recently returned to Dunedin from her OE, where she spent close to four years living and working in London whilst managing to travel Europe. Mary worked as a Lettings Negotiator at Winkworth PLC, one of the UK's largest Real Estate Agencies. As well as gaining valuable experience in residential property management, Mary carried out a contract role at Standard Chartered Bank in Talent Acquisition (HR). Mary has recently completed her Diploma in Business (HR Management).
